Opened in the summer of 2018, this is the first apartment in Centro e Spiaggia. It is located on the first floor of a building from the early 1900s, and consists of a sitting room with kitchenette, completely renovated, well organized and equipped with everything you need.

The double bedroom, equipped with an oversized bed, can accommodate two people, and it is possible, if necessary, to add a camping cot for a child up to three years old. The second bedroom, which is above the sitting room, can accommodate one person comfortably, but having a large queen-size bed, it can also be used by two people.

Finally, the bathroom, renovated in line with the residence, is equipped with a comfortable shower.
